How It Works
Extract the ZIP and open index.html in a current desktop browser. Load your CSV, check the selected columns and formats, run the review, and export. Supported limit: 50,000 rows and 10 MB input. Amounts support up to two decimal places.
Duplicate Handling
A possible duplicate has the same supplier, invoice number and currency as an earlier row. It remains in the normalized export and is excluded from summary totals. Invalid rows are listed in the review report. Review these flags before importing anything.
Privacy And Compatibility
No CSV files are uploaded. Functional import and export were tested in Microsoft Edge on Windows. No account, subscription or external service is required to use the application.
Scope
CSV input only. This product does not extract PDFs, connect to accounting systems, calculate taxes or certify accounting accuracy. Keep original inputs and review the exported data.
License
Use for your own business or client work on your own devices. Generated CSV outputs may be shared with clients. Do not resell or redistribute the application.

Do my input files leave my device?
The downloaded application processes inputs on your device. It has no analytics, external scripts or API connection. Gumroad handles purchase and download information separately.
Which browser was tested?
Functional import or export was checked in Microsoft Edge on Windows. Other browsers and maximum-size batches have not been verified.
